It’s Fall Festival Weekend!

Volunteers on Set-up Day

Set up day and the weekend is finally here. We’re at the park setting up and getting ready to host 170 artists and many out-of-town visitors. Our many non-profit booths have been gathering volunteers to help staff them and get out the word about their various programs. Other groups have been getting materials ready for the very hands on and active Art Zone (for kids of ALL ages!)

We’ll have help again this year from United Way Day of Caring volunteers, and a host of other hard working individuals will be huffing and puffing around the park setting up all manner of tents and equipment. There is a quickening of the breath and heart when all those tent begin going up.
